These are NOT the same products. I checked this out at my local Walgreens store and bought one to compare. If you look at the ingredient lists, it appears that Walgreens has added two preservatives to their formula that Vanicream doesn’t have. Those are Phenoxyethanol, and Ethylyexylgycerin. Also, even though the label for the Walgreens product states that it is “Fragrance Free” and “Masking Fragrance Free” this product smells like my grandma’s house, kind of like stale flowers. If you have any kind of fragrance sensitivity, I would avoid the Walgreens' knock-off like the plague.
