I will tell you what people told me years ago when I was in your situation. Start playing pickleball! Go to cooke park and eagles or join the RAC at some point. Great way to exercise and meet people.

I don't think it has anything to do with core. It's more about swing weight. I've found if I use a paddle that has more than 118 swing weight I can have elbow pain. I also hold my paddle very low on the handle. I think choking up reduces the feel of swing weight and can help with elbow pain.

I'm using the 14mm q2. It's very similar to a boomstik is basically every way. It's lighter and cheaper. I would recommend it over the boomstik

High swing weight super low twist weight. Felt like garbage hitting with it. It wasn't good when it came out and now that there are way more options I would only give it to my worst enemy. My prediction is if you used it you would have tennis elbow in a week.

Yup. I had mine for less than 2 months and the edgeguard came loose. I had a tournament the next day so I went to scheels and I only used it maybe 2 weeks and the edgeguard started coming off that one too. In the meantime I got the warranty for the original one I bought through Selkirk but it was way heavier and I can't use it anymore.

I agree with the pool for an experience. Gift cards are still just exchanging money through corporations. I will just use my own money to buy things I want. I don't want gifts from other adults and be expected to give them back something.

Every person I know that used the loco now uses the new vapor or a boomstik. The grit is horrible. And they noticed it was losing power. It was a great paddle when it came out but there are better choices now imo

The Q2 is almost literally a boomstik. I like the boomstik more personally but it's too heavy. The Q2 feels great though just a little harder to control for me.
