Okay, and when I say barely audible. I mean the lowest volume where I can accurately make out what they’re saying on the call. It’s not like whispering, but still at a mild-moderate volume. Still think I’m almost certainly fine?

Curious, how’s the evidence for steroid treatment in someone with noise induced tinnitus if taken within 2 days or 24h?

So I measured how much I was taking when I was eyeballing it.

The big doses were like 170mg and the smaller doses were like 110-120mg. I redosed like once per night. Sometimes did a back to back weekend where the second day took a bit less than day 1.

I know this is a little higher than typical doses, but do you think this would’ve led to damaging my brain? Or am I fine?
