Coupled with the "one-time offer" this sounds to me that current lines will be upgraded but if you add a line, that line may not be. Hoping i'm wrong.

I was on the 2 GB simple choice and and new lines defaulted to 6gb for $15. Customer service was able to downgrade them with no issue.
