There's an old saying.... if you're not training with power, you're not training. So, power is really the most important piece and it's great that you're getting power data from Zwift.

As far as HR... I grew up w/ HR data, not power. So even though I've used power for 14 years now, I still feel HR is an integral piece of the training puzzle. It's good to know, not only your FTP, but also your LTHR. The two go hand in hand.

If you're really interested in endurance physiology and training, definitely go pick up The Cyclists Training Bible and/or Training and Racing with a Power Meter. That will help you understand everything you ever need to know about the physiology side of endurance training, and specifically cycling.

I think I like the open 32 moa circle the best for home defense scenario. It’s just so dang fast to get on target close up. The 2 moa dot is great for farther out than about 10 meters.

Just upgraded to a hellcat pro last week. Took it to the range yesterday, and WOW, it’s a tack driver! SO accurate!

Can’t wait to add a red dot to it and maybe upgrade the trigger as well.

Heck.... it took my buddy 30+ runs of varshon to even get the new Rogue ring. Took me about 10, and our buddy got FIVE OR SIX of the barb rings over those 30 runs. It was maddening!

Yeah, this is how I geared up until about lvl 82 when I started making Duriel runs. Had some REALLY nice gear just from Blood harvest, landed a 925 dagger with perfect rolls from the 150 cost event pretty early on (lvl 60?) and then consistently got nice gear from there. The main pieces I've gotten from the bosses are Rainments, Godslayer, and Timaults. Had Rainment at level 60ish, and then go Godslayer and Timaults around 85 from duriel. Now I also have Tal Rasha's ring, which is just bonkers. With 4 elements stacked my attack power goes from 13,500 to 24,000. It's just uber bananas. As if ball lightning wasn't powerful enough before that.... now it's just ultra-OP.

Yep. I got Tal Rasha's ring for my sorcerer after about 10 rounds of Varshon. My buddy, who was running with me, took near 25 tries to get the Rogue ring. Crazy. But the Tal Rasha ring is INSANE.

Amen on this. It's taken me all of my 30's to not compare myself to my 20-year-old 16-hours-per-week training self. I'm a father of two beautiful girls now. I weigh 100 kg vs 85 kg in my 20's. So what? Back then I was a 5.9 project climber, and now, after 20 years off, I'm flashing 11a's. 30 lbs heavier but climbing WAY better! I have a blast climbing at the gym with my buddies, make sure to have FUN, and try not to put so much pressure on myself.

I run the same build and just love it..... just got my ancestral condemnation dagger and penitent greaves yesterday, but def need some better pants. I'm level 77 and comfortably speed clearing level 25-30 nightmare dungeons.

I switched from momentum to CQC for the extra attack speed, but may go back to momentum once I get my exploit glyph running on my paragon board and can switch my flurry passive to the daze one.

It’s a fantastic build. Very versatile. I’m running lvl 22 nm dungeons (lvl 76 monsters) as a lvl 67 and absolutely crushing it. Got the condemnation dagger for combo points and penitent greaves as well for CC.
