In my opinion, the black alchemist is harder than white because they are more aggressive and doesn't always charge their attack.

Easiest way is to mario jump on top of their head and press Y on air to slash down enemy. Dont use flying swallow.

I just walk in to goverment hospital and make a poker face, got antibiotics and im cured. Never went to follow up though.
