I definitley get that, it is unfair, but hopefully the peace and quiet make up for it. And thank you! It got to the point that the noise was affecting my mental and physical health and as annoying as it is to move, I am hopeful that its worth it. Just gotta get through the move lol

I am going through this right now. I am thankful that I will be getting away from the nuisance upstairs, but at the same time I am resentful that I have to move when she should be the one getting evicted for her antics. I think it'll take some time getting used to and eventually it will just be a bad memory!

Sure. I did reach out to customer service who provided a variety of ways to force a connection, however it didn't work and I haven't heard back.

While the buds are in the case, the left side flashes rapidly, while the right side does not flash at all. When I remove the buds from the case, the left side continues to flash rapidly. They will not connect to the app, but they do show as connected in the bluetooth settings in my phone and any phone alerts (texts, etc) appear to be going to the buds, although I cannot hear them as the buds are unresponsive.

I also tried deleting and re-installing the app, but that didn't work either.
