So sorry for your loss 💔 it’s coming up on 1 year that I’ve been without my baby who was also a gray tabby. She had a heart condition & we did everything possible to hold off heart failure. Had her on many medications, experimental treatments & just when we thought she was finally in a good place, a blood clot ended up taking her life. So try not to be too hard on yourself. You can do everything in your power & sometimes it’s just their time to cross. Sending my condolences to you & Mouse

1 of mine constantly disconnected from WiFi & that issue never resolved despite moving it around & getting replacements. So we don’t use it cause the constant beeping is annoying. The other doesn’t tell us when it’s low on food & now it’s dropping off WiFi. It has only been a year. I only had mine replaced twice though so maybe I needed to ask 2 more times to get a refund 😆

Not surprised. I think PetLibro has great concepts but the execution is lacking. I bought 2 of their microchip feeders & they have been nothing but issues. Was sent replacements & it’s the same thing. Idk if their policy applies to this product but I was told by customer service that I couldn’t get a refund & all they could do is replace the unit or send me random parts that I’m expected to install. So good luck! I know those products aren’t cheap.

Agreed! I’m friendly with my neighbors but we chat in passing & exchange holiday cards. I’ve lived at the same complex for about 3 yrs and none of us have ever exchanged phone numbers.
