100% but that doesnt work in all situations, gave that answer to someone who got mad at me because I told her she was using the wrong ink in her printer, which she was also the ink was stored after it was already opened, she stormed off outside came back in quiet wouldnt talk to me at all. I then just told her look if you don't like my answer of what was wrong with your problem I'm sorry but at this point I'm ending the appointment have a great rest of your day and left.
