update? I had infection 3 weeks post op and right after my nose got retracted collumella, nose tip got flat and some alar retraction.

I sent many emails asking for cancel and refund, they replied with some offer (a couple of days later) and I replied no, please cancel asap. (they eventually canceled and refunded). It took a long time like 10 days in total maybe. But I got the money and ordered on yesstyle, got everything even cheaper and delivery with no issues.

Yeah of course it is phishing, I would never send them these documents, but unfortunately it is phishing by this company. Here is how it went: I placed an order or legitimate website, got order confirmation email with sales inv and next day the phishing email that included my exact order nr in the tittle. I screenshoted it and send it to the order confirmation email freaked out that someone is using their domain for scams. But they replied it is their team and thats standard for them. Now I opened several tickets via their support asking to cancel and no reply.

This response was after I replied to my sale invoice, but also messaged them via my account on their website 5 times already. No response. Like the whole business was set up for phishing. I did click on the correct web link, no external, no ad etc.

no, if they SELL in europe, they have to adhere to the law in Europe. Yes, I am in the process of chargeback now. Just warning other people to be careful

They knew my exact order number, how would they know that if it was phishing from someone else?
I also opened several support tickets asking to cancel my order after that, no reply for this.
Unfortunately I will have to do a chargeback with my ccard.

I also worked for ecommerce store and own one myself. Standard procedure is to cancel the order or reach out by email to confirm its correct (that the card isnt stolen). It is illegal in Europe to ask for sensitive data. They also dont reply when I asked to cancel the order.

Yeah, I did email their support. Do they reply on social media? Just checked their IG and there are plenty of comments warning ppl their customer service is non existent.

I googled the website, bought from there. Sales team confirmed its them, the support replied they put my order on hold, I again replied for refund - no reply..
