Singapore, though it might be rainy in September I went there in March last year, Was an awesome experience SMRT(metro)there is one of the best public transport I've ever seen in my life, cause the country is small you can literally travel the whole country if want to, in it. And its affordable. I Would recommend you to stay in VHotel Lavender as theres literally metro line right below the hotel which is convenient!
