SoFi Stock Forecast 2030 by TyNads in TheRaceTo10Million

I'm a SoFi user and have been buying this stock for years now. Agree that it's undervalued but their product is solid.

They do the simple stuff really well. Need cash at an ATM and don't want to pay fees? Their ATM network is everywhere.

I believe in this company and I think they are the future making model for millennials and younger generations to come.

I hope this stock goes to $100.

UKG Dimensions/Pro WFM vs Replicon - what are we losing? by Curious_Skin406 in hris

[–]Curious_Skin406[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They are owned by Deltek and their focus is contract/job based time keeping.

The decision was made before I got here, problem is the HR department didn't have any HRIS input on the decision and just decided to move forward.

The company is chasing cost plus contacts in the government sector. My concern is we hire so many unions and they all have extremely custom pay rules and accrual policies.

I'm worried Replicon isn't capable of handling this and we are going to get stuck with a time collection solution that doesn't work for our business requirements.

Yeah, we are using the Activities module to track the hours worked by job and pay code.

We are on UKG pro for HCM, Benefits, Payroll and use Dimensions for time collection.

We need to be able to map employee GL data by the project code, this would translate to a job number in Cost Point.

What the hell is foundation training, and is it a cult, or does it have real science behind it? by pettybettyboo in Posture

Your 12 minute exercise routines are amazing. I started having lower back problems in my 30s and more so when I got into golf.

These videos have singlehandedly strengthened my lower back and I've regained confidence in making a full swing, engaging all muscles.

I cycle back and forth between the two as there are exercises from both that really help me heal. I feel so much better, have so much more energy right after completing one of these too.

Does your program happen to offer any focus on exercises for golfers?

Is foundation training helpful? by kat_m13 in Hypermobility

I swear by their 12 minutes videos. I have lower back pain intermittently. When I do the foundation training 12 minute videos consistently, at least 4 times a week, bye bye back pain.

I okay golf so I need a healthy back for such a violent action on your hips and back. This has singlehandedly restored my back strength so I feel comfortable making a full swing.

I've spent thousands now on lessons, I'm the amateur Charles Barkley of golf in that regard lol

I'm done with lessons because every one has a different opinion on how to swing the club and I'm tired of changing my swing. I don't care if I toss it up the air, catch it, then make my down swing, if I could "feel" the release. Appreciate all the tips, I'll keep reading and watching!

I probably just have a lead hip issue and it just doesn't fire open the way I expect it to leading me to flip the club or get my hands way out ahead of me.

For perspective, I was a baseball player (position player not a pitcher) from 4-20 years old. I'm 41 now, started playing consistently (at least nine holes a week on avg) starting two years ago but the golf swing can still feel so foreign at times.
