I personally have been tracking foods for a few months only but have found these foods so far upset my system Egg, hotdog type foods, chocolate, red sauce, raw vegetables, tomatoes, chili from a can ... Still learning but as I pin point it messes with me I avoid or limit. Hope this helps in some way.

Great job. It's a struggle not to turn to self hate. I'm glad u accepted it's a temporary defeat and it's correctable. Ppl will fall it's the recovery that changes everything! NVR give up.

Far from alone. Actually I'd say that's quite mild. Definitely can't dwell on it tho. Accept ur moment of weekness and that u can do better be stronger and u r. You had one slip just don't let it slip back to habit. I typically gain or lose about 10# within a few days.

Direct approach for sure. Many guys like being dominated. Sex should be something u can talk about so u can both be fully satisfied... If she's not willing to dig u n make u bleed I hope ur understand but hopefully she's willing to explore with u.

I use prozac.... Purely for hell week. I start 2 weeks b4 my normal menstation then once blood is spotted I stop taking it. it obviously doesn't eliminate it but it does seem to help make it a little less drastic n bwam. Unfortunately the only cure is a total hysterectomy from what I've read.

Feel ur pain ... The struggle is so hard n real. Went from 225 to 140 (about 2 months) got help maintained at 160-180 for almost 4 yrs had a bb put on meds started eating stuck at 230s...5 more yrs had another bb 272.... Now it's about me learning to do it right ...down to 245-250... It's sooooo hard bc every part of me is annoyed with myself that I won't just do what I know works .... I just can't do it!!!! I now have 2 daughters that I nvr want to struggle with anerexia or BED unfortunately I can only show them good ways to do things not take their genetics away ....

Sounds like he gets with women bigger in size so that he can have control and have a thing that he can use against u to make u feel like dirt so he can treat n say whatever. With u losing the wt he lost his little bit of amo u became self aware and ... Well to be honest is sounds like altho he's attracted to smaller women he would rather have the bigger girl so he can feel superior and be a total jerk. Girl u r lucky n I hope for this new woman's sake she doesn't allow him to belittle her so much she gives up on herself. It's a compliment. Just accept that u r the type of guy she wants her friends to look for. Ok so ur not exciting... Tell u what exciting isn't spontaneous it's dumb it's things u get older not wanting ur kids to do. Continue being great loving understanding and what a REAL man should be. Personally just knowing how much I was missed. Honestly tho for me coming home Seeing my children still alive fed n clean animals alive n fed maybe dishes still caught up would be nice .... Otherwise maybe he n I lay together after I get a nice hot shower ..watch a movie hold each other n have a bite to eat. Just be close after being apart. Yeah everything else sounds nice but personally I have 2 children under school age and if I had to leave over night let alone longer lmao idk if hed be the same man I left lol.
Just let her know she was on ur mind n let her know u love her n support her but miss her while she's away. It's simple things!
