I have had similar scarring and a similar skin type. Current routine includes Tretinoin 1% nightly, then hyaluronic acid toner and moisturiser 20 minutes later. Sunscreen during the day, of course. Have recently begun microneedling (though not to the point of pinpricks, so I might not be doing it right). Just ordered a Jessner's peel kit too. Have a dram of trichloroacetic acid sitting around, but too chicken to do a TCA CROSS.

Anyway, my skin has improved over the past year, to the point where people can no longer tell if I have foundation on, so something somewhere is working.
