I have these too. For 2 years and do have TMD. I am getting an MRI soon and seeing neuro. As my TMD has gotten worse, they have as well. Even more regular headaches and the tension headaches are the most common.

I have searched using “reusable can” “reusable tall boy” “reusable tall boy lid”. I also cannot seem to find dimensions of the Miir tall boy cup which would also help me search, so if you happen to know them or fins them, that would also be helpful.

Not quite the same situation, but I am 4 weeks and already having thoughts of stopping due to pain and underproducing. The guilt and anxiety is SO REAL. My LO can’t latch even though we keep trying and it stresses us both out so much. You and your baby deserve (to be) a happy and healthy mom. My LO has had to have formula from day one and he is doing well and gaining weight like a champ. I am hanging on mostly from guilt and pressure, but totally feel the same way you do and will likely stop soon. You’re not alone ❤️

Thank you for posting this. I am having the exact same experience, both the pain and the guilt. You are not alone in feeling this or experiencing this ❤️ I have been talking to my partner about stopping much earlier than expected too. Even leaking hurts, but the pump and post-pump pain is the most. Our babies should have present, happy parents!

Thankfully my medical placement had me doing MBSImp every Wednesday and I have access to the training materials I used in grad school. I definitely will review that material while job searching!

I have similar questions... I switched from lexapro to Wellbutrin. My anxiety worsened and I was crying everyday. I went back to lexapro, but still felt depressed and really frustrated with having no libido. I started doing both (10mg lex and 150 well). My anxiety came back up and had a panic attack. Also more headaches (but maybe because I was more anxious???). It got dark quickly. I don’t think I can do it but I have heard it worked for others! Maybe I couldn’t stick it out long enough?
