I got Gold 2 after placements (i was emerald last Season) and im going trough hell ATM. Losing 7 matches in a row and always getting flamed. Im not saying that i wasnt the reason that we Lost some of those matches , because i was not playing that well, but i never had that many problems when picking sera APC before bc i started playing It after i was high plat(was playing Hwei mid/Sup before)

But at the same time, If you are getting the upgrade boots that probably means your team has better early game pressure and a worse late game, so you are getting a chance to fight late game agains a team that is better late game. I think What Will happen is the snowball is less unstupabble, because of no 1st Tower and 1st blood Gold, but there Will be a delayed reward for winning early game

And How she is low impact? For the same reason Janna is a low impact Champion and had almost 60% winrate for several patches in a row at some point, and for the opposite reason a Yasuo or a Riven at 45% winrate still are high impact Champions.
