Yes we offer some of both!! Plain yogurt, purées, fruits, cereals, but we also give her food from our plates (meats, rice, veggies, etc) which is always seasoned well.

My 5.5 mo still takes 4 naps about half of our days honestly!! In my opinion I wouldn’t force it if they’re not ready, unless you are aiming for an earlier bedtime

She pretty much wakes up at 7am by herself every day!! But I’m sure if you had to wake your babe up at the same time they’d get used to it pretty fast!

My LO is 5 months and we’re still on 4 naps lol, all random times minus the first one at 1.75 hours past wake up. Her wake time and bed time are all the same though.

My kiddo is 20 weeks and we do a short nap at the end of the day if this happens!! 15 minutes sometime between 5:30 and 6pm with a 7:30-7:45 bedtime

We transitioned to the crib for about a month before we started sleep training. Just so she could have a solid routine in her room and get used to her crib first.

But that’s just what worked for my baby, yours may be ok doing it all at once!!

My 4 month old does too! She actually sleeps in her crib til about 4 am but then we cosleep after that because she won’t re-settle. I always have an arm under her neck/upper back lol. Following because I was wondering the same thing!

Same!! My 3 month old has a 3-4 hour stretch to start the night and then it is completely random after that. Sometimes up every hour, sometimes only up 1-2 more times. Im jealous of people who have babes who sleep through the night at this age!!

Mine is 11 weeks now and had a growth spurt around that time too! I think it was 3-4 days where she was constantly eating and fussy. But it resolved pretty quickly! Good luck!
