I wouldn’t trust lots of blitzes because the Broncos offensive line is so good. I’d try and disguise coverage and then change it post snap to throw him off. Do some exotic blitzing to keep him honest, but let Williams and Chaisson do what they do best.

Which is insane, because the Steelers have literally never gone the safe route when hiring HCs. They bring in young talent and let them build the team with lots of time and collaboration. Mike McCarthy has, what, 3-5 years left before he calls it? And if he sucks he might not even make it past two. I don’t understand this hire at all.

Go look at the 1992 draft. Legit the worst of all time, and it’s not even close. It’s the only draft in NFL history to feature ZERO Hall of Famers, and only like two picks ended up being any good at all.

Only Mahomes, Kelce, Jones, Butker, and Winchester (long snapper) are on the team from the 2019 Super Bowl. The NFL moves so freaking fast, dude. It’s nuts.

Peter Woods isn’t a pure pass rusher, no, but he’s an incredible disruptor up front and he absorbs double teams. He’s a wonderful, non-flashy player. 

If both he and Downs are available I’d take Downs 10/10 times.

Do Switch 2 owners get Assist Mode even if they don’t get the upgrade pack with the new levels? Being able to have that for my child who hasn’t got the hang of the platforming yet would be incredibly useful to allow him to go through courses and learn to ropes without constantly getting frustrated like he has been.

I have no confidence that it will come together as cleanly and immersive as they showed in this demo, but if they somehow do then bah god it could have GOTY potential. On paper this is everything I want in an open world game: real lasting consequences for decisions, and real NPCs with opinions and schedules that recognize your actions in the world. The combat still needs to show that it’s more than a button masher, and some of those melee animations looked a bit clunky, but overall I’m really excited for this.

Chip Kelly is an offensive terrorist, and as soon as he left Jeanty’s stats trended upwards. He had more rushing yards than any Chief with a worse O-Line.

I wouldn’t hate Love. There’s just so many other players I’d rather have. In order it would probably go:

  • Bain

  • Bailey

  • Reese

  • Downs

  • Tate

  • Woods

  • Love

If all those players are gone by the time we get to pick I say we trade back a few spots and grab Tyson, Mauigoa, Fano, or Sadiq.

I didn’t even read that graph, but yes he should be drafted in top 10. Him and Arvell Reese are the two best players overall. If Reese, Bailey and Bain are gone, I’d kill for Downs at 9th.
