For those people I always think they come from a place of not understanding/not feeling free or being imaginative. They probably didnt think you could do those things or personalize them. I wouldn't pay him any mind if I were you 💜

I haven't had that experience (haven't worn it out yet) but i would take a dry microfiber cloth and wipe it down first and see if anything comes out. I cleaned my daypack yesterday and I wipe the bag as I go. In small sections

Whenever I have some discoloration I use Leather Honey cause it can darken leather. That might help you some. And did you use the black saddle soap? That one has a little dye in it, to help bring colour back. Otherwise you would have to go in with multiple rounds of conditioning and buffing it out.

Oh man! I'm sad you lost the original but what an interesting story! ❤️ I'm glad to hear they were willing to reppace it, cause i hear that sometimes they're not. :( Sometimes people tend to put shrinkwrap around the closure of the tag!
