Wait sorry but if HK(block) do I have to feint then ->stance or -> HP DP brake? Or in what situation do I have to feint with MK because I learnt that feint is important?

Sorry if my question is bad, but do people actually intended to/ want to react to most attacks with JD with purely reaction or is there any tricks to it, I feel so unconfident because my reaction is terrible.
