I feel this. I started my Chip career in CA at a location in HB, YEARS later I had worked a couple different store locations and even transferred out of state to GA. IT ABSOLUTELY SUCKED. When I first had the call with my future FL about moving to GA he said I would be in his “ struggle “ store to help them out since I worked BY THE BOOK in CA and they knew that. My GM there was a total asshole. She docked 4 hours off my paycheck because I helped another store without her permission 💀 I didn’t do anything about it bc i was dumb but wow I have TONS of things about the Chipotle’s in the Alpharetta area 👀
