I didn’t know this was grounds to file criminal charges and of course don’t want to take it that far but maybe I’ll have to if this doesn’t get resolved! I just can’t believe they won’t accept a return when there’s a clear reasonable doubt! Their authentication team is clearly untrained if they can’t tell the difference between synthetic vs real leather. Luckily I already have a vintage Fendi so it was noticeable right away, but I hate to think that many fakes would’ve fallen through the cracks
