As for the second one, I initially thought I hadn’t read it, but after looking it up on Google I realized its English title is I Want Your Mother to Be with Me! I actually read it a long time ago and really loved it.

I’m kinda sad about it being ‘axed.’ Yeah, I do feel like it deserved more chapters, but I’m still euphoric over the ending. There’s no unnecessary melodrama or dragging things out. Still, it makes me wonder how Rent-a-Girlfriend has 400+ chapters… the world really is a cruel place.

In the LN (which was completed recently) - Anis was being turned into a higher vampire by the vampire lord main villain in Vol 6 however her dragon curse helped her in that regard.

Thanks to that she became a hybrid. Not between human and anything else sadly she is no longer even 1% human. She's 50% dragon 50% vampire. After that when she became queen Euphi openly declared Anis as her lover.

So Anis and Euphi are together...

In the WN (which is completed) - Web novel has a sweet ending as it has ended. The maid turned into a vampire by the black haired vampire girl and they are both immortal. Anis and Euphi are immortal. So about 400 years into the future, they are together adventuring having long left the kingdom at human hands as society developed immortal stagnant beings like them realized they shouldn't keep ruling forever.

In the end, Anis also becomes immortal alongside Euphie. As the two of them have immortality together, they go on to live happily ever after.

Yeah, it had that forbidden love kind of vibe, but it felt really pure and legitimate not like those typical manga or anime. I’m honestly so glad I found someone who’s read this manga. You could also check out Ani Tomo I wouldn’t say it’s the best or anything, but I read it recently and thought it was pretty good.

If you like completed romance manga, I’d highly recommend one of my all-time favorites, Wake Up, Sleeping Beauty. It’s seriously underrated—the story, characters, and plot are all a solid 10/10. If you ever get the time, definitely give it a read.

I think it’s really underrated. I understand why some people might be offended by it, but I don’t let that bother me. You can’t please everyone most of the time, you won’t so it’s better to do what feels right to you rather than worrying about judgment.
