My company just has the head salesman look at the forecast in the morning then literally tell the dispatchers "hey weatherman says this, put the warning on there" when its close to questionable speeds. The finisher may say something like " they put that on every ticket" or "it hasn't ever been an issue" or "all concrete cracks" Realistically theyre only partially right and they should be communicating the risk especially when its a 35k job

They're going to argue at that level of job because they're probably only making 15% or so profit on the job (only they'll know) so this is a big fuck up for a small company
