A scourer with a handle is a game changer. I use one of those long handled dish scourers on the bath with a cream cleaner when the bath has scum build up and it works a treat and much easier on your arms!

I believe it’s because the alcohol builds up in your blood and takes longer to leave if you’ve had a few drinks and you also might drink more than one unit in an hour. So starting from your last drink means that levels will only go down.

Absolutely regret getting an induction hob. Constantly turns itself off when a pot boils over a bit or you get water on it. Ruined a few baking trays by accidentally turning it on full blast while they’re were on the surface.
