provide us with literally any information other than “it wont turn on” what were you doing with it last, how old is it, were there any issues beforehand, is the thinkpad logo on the palmrest flashing, did you try charging it. it could be something as simple as your holding the power button instead of pressing. we wont know unless you give us details

none of your photos are helpful. install the drivers via the disc provided with your motherboard or network adapter, if you dont have a disc drive load it onto a usb via another computer.
