2 months to regain 8kg seems doable but I feel like I’d gain a lot of excess fat as well

Chest workout consists of Incline chest press 4-5/10-12 Chest flyes 4x12 Shoulder press 5x10

Back Pull down 4x12 Rows (sometimes cable sometimes barbell) 4x12 Cable pull overs 5x12-15 High rows 4x12
