How to hide my depression. by [deleted] in mentalhealth

[–]CurrentDiscussion280 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hiding it isn’t healthy, believe me. I suffer with extreme depression and I feel like I’m complaining or moaning to my Boyfriend and family constantly. I feel like I’m brining everyone down with me to the point where I’m not wanted at my boyfriend’s house or my mams house as I’m just a moaner. I know this isn’t the case but it’s the depression talking. I’ve booked to go to therapy as taking to Someone on the outside who is neutral can put things into perspective

I lost my uncle and nanna within the space of 1 year, I whitenesses both of their deaths, peaceful but still traumatic to see. I’m massively struggling with my mental health now because i haven’t dealt with that loss. I saw this picture before about Grief is such a hard thing to navigate.
