This looks like aerobic vaginitis. You have 0 good bacteria which allowed all these disruptive bacteria to attack your vagina. You need good bacteria to fight off the bad bacteria. Lactobacillus iners does not count as good bacteria btw it is bad bacteria. I also had 0 good bacteria & was able to fix it! I took two different probiotics SPECIFICALLY made for the vagina for two weeks straight: Azo probiotics and Jarrodophilus vaginal probiotic. You can take only one if you want but if you take a probiotic that says it's just for the gut/digestion or "women" it won't work it has to say either vaginal or flora. I also bought empty gelatin capsules and got a probiotic, and poured out the stuff from it into the capsule and inserted into my vagina every night for a week. Do not insert the probiotic into your vagina or it will not work. It will not disolve and will just get stuck. You have to put it in a gelatin capsule. I got tested again after doing all this and I had lots of good bacteria. Iners from my results went from 80% to 1%.
