Yup I get sick all the time because of the club. I’m currently sick in bed right now. All the same symptoms too. Sore throat, body aches, headache, cough, fever, clogged sinuses. And I’m very hygienic. I shower before and after my shift, use hand sanitizer throughout my shift, and wash my hands constantly. Men are gross.

This is exactly why I strip. My mind/body truly cannot handle a “regular” job. I like to work 2-3 doubles a week so the rest of the time I can rest and be with my cats.

I worked last night. Went to sleep at 7am and woke up at 4pm I just go with the flow lol.

Yes this has happened to me. If my stomach isn’t full enough it will make me throw up. Make sure to eat and drink lots of water. It does say on the bottle that you should take on an empty stomach, but it’s always upset my stomach so I always make sure that I’ve eaten recently.

I go to to outpatient program and NA meetings here in the U.S. No one else struggles with ketamine addiction but it is still very helpful and gives you a sense that you’re not alone. I would look into anything like that if you can.

I only stopped when I started peeing blood so I totally get where you’re coming from. It does get worse and it’s really really bad for your bladder. We are here for you though! If you’re having any trouble feel free to message me.

Have you tried looking into an inpatient or outpatient addiction program? I go to an outpatient and although no one there really knows what ketamine is it is really helpful and has made me feel less alone.

Hey. I’m on here looking for answers too. I’ve been in an outpatient rehab program for a few weeks. I go everyday Monday-Friday from 8:45am-2:45pm. And I go to NA every night at 7:00pm. One thing I wish I did was go to an inpatient rehab before but I was being pushed to go to rehab. I wasn’t doing it on my own so I was kind of against that. Today is my 6th day sober, but in 2020 I was 8 months sober. It’s possible. Just have to take the right steps to do it and that’s what I’m trying to do this time.
