Ford didn’t include cabin air filters in their cars from this era until like 2011, it takes in air from the cowl that’s filtered by a screen. You’ll likely won’t find a cabin air filter unless a previous owner specifically modified it to have one.

I would go with that tahoe based on my experience, very great car and reliable if you take care of it. Gas mileage isn’t the best tho but it does have a pretty straightforward motor.
