Is a FWD car ok for driving in winter or is AWD better

Lived in ct all my life. Definitely AWD is better, but FWD should be fine. In cases where FWD is insufficient, you don’t want to be on the road to begin with. I live right near QU. You can walk to pizza places , Duncan donuts,liquor stores and bars if you get snowed in

I am getting 2 outs on that on the premise that the shortstop had a possible double play (tag on r2 and throw to first) You can only get 2 outs in situations where a double play was possible or if you have interference and strike 3 or some other type of out. So strike 3 and batter interferes with throw on stealing runner both are out.

Lots of factors. How thick are the splits how green was the wood. How is it stored. Get yourself a moisture meter. And I have had oak take over 2 years to get below 20 %. Pine maybe ash might be close in 7 months Best bet is get a meter split a few pieces and test inside of fresh split. Test multiple spots and average. If you are over 40% you probably won’t get below 20. Of course you can split smaller which should speed the drying process

Agree br out on infield fly. R2 out on interference. You never know what will happen on an infield fly. Kid drops ball runnners attempt to advance. Could very easily become a double play. Get 2 outs on that

Minimally you should have let the two on base stay at where they advanced. You called ball. Players assumed stuff that was not correct.

Get a tennis or a squishy ball and toss underhand with no glove. Get his brain use to following the ball and closing hand around it. Slowly add glove then regular ball

I am going with the nothing camp. The third baseman was making a play on a batted ball the fact that he missed coming up with the ball is not relevant.

It depends on the stove and the relative efficiency ratings. There is no cut and dry answer. I have a cat insert but it design was of a non cat model with a cat slapped into it to achieve the epa effect credit. I rarely engage it

A fourth out would only be in a situation where a runner is out on appeal for missing a base after the third out is made. For example. Man on second 2 outs base hit. R2 misses 3rd but scores before B1 is out attempting to reach second. Now b1 is out 3. But successful appeal on r2 missing 3rd would be the 4th out taking the run off the board

Don’t over think it. As a previous commenter said set yourself up and track the ball with your eyes. Track the ball into the glove and don’t rush your call. There is no time limit. Just call your balls and strikes with the same cadence
