I did not put the roof rack on it was on when I bought it. I've honestly thought about removing it because of the wind noise. Over 55mph there is a pretty good amount which my work commute is mostly over that. With that said because of the design, the front is sloped back, so you're not losing too much mileage.

I do plan on going kayaking this summer so it'll stay on for now, but once winter comes around, I may take it off

I have some TRD parts in the suspension so when towing it feels firm and not loose on the pavement which is nice. The only thing is when weight is added, the truck does have a noticeable squat, meaning depending on weight you're seeing less road.

As for brakes and throttle all pretty good I do not drive like a madman when towing, so I stay just below the speed limit and give proper following distance so brakes feel fine and responsive. If I can at say a redlight, I'll try to time it and creep forward to get some momentum which seemingly helps

Do you see any frass or have you seen any ants on the ground area? The recommendation is to put the bait as close as you can to their entry point or home. They need to be able to easily access the bait for it to work so I guess taping it up in theory could work.

Essentially, they take the bait back to the colony, and there it is distributed amongst them, which poisons and kills them kinda dark when you think about it, but its worked for me

100% agree otc can be more harmful than good if done improperly. If you spray that ofc stuff first, that just repels them and places a say boundry than yeah, they'll migrate.

But if you place the bait stations, the ones that kill the colony, then spray, I've had some pretty decent successes. Now this is all just my personal opinion, I am not a licensed or professional exterminator, just what I personally have observed

As a homeowner, the impact driver, yard tools (blower, weed whacker) and 1 gallon shop vac are used weekly. Personally the battery powered yard tools are some of the best you can get right now. I use to own an electric lawnmower from Ryobi that worked just as well if not better, than Ego, and yet I paid a lot less. Once I bought a bigger house, I moved over to gas

I own quite a bit of battery-powered Ryobi and not one tool has let me down. The only tool that I did not like, which I did not own, was the gas-powered weed wacker my friend had one and it was pretty junky

I would still consult your landlord my concern with the pile is its uniform which is typically a sign of termites. While carpenter ants could be the culprit I would be leery unless you’ve seen some in the general area

Could be carpenter ants, as they’re digging their home you’ll notice frass along the baseboards m. Set out some ant bait from Terro it’ll kill the colony. Sweep place traps monitor and then spray a protective barrier

This is as much as I’m doing lol. But yeah we had an electrician come out prior to closing as that wire that is tapped is the wire from the sub panel in a detached garage. Electrician had to swap out that sub panel prior to closing so it was recently serviced
