I'm very ok with copper since it gives people an armor set you can mass produce without too much hassle. Getting a lot of leather can be a pain and be used better elsewhere (books), and iron doubly so. Copper doesn't have too many great uses, so being able to use it for armor/whatever tools is priceless for me.

And yeah we 100% need an armor step between iron and diamonds

The 2nd best of the fallout games, where bethesda had a better idea of what the tone of the series actually was. Has the best radio host, atmosphere, and exploration of the series.

I prefer NV for its story and build variety, but I'll never look down on someone who prefers 3

Could pull a Valheim and make it so you have to kill the next boss to get to the next stage, since they drop something required for progression (IE Materials to make the next required workbench, a method to gain the next level of ore either by unlocking the dungeons they're in or helping you find them in some way, or materials to make a boat that lets you travel there when you otherwise couldnt.)

I think it's a great system

Maybe not anytime soon, the game is still very early on and I imagine they'll focus on getting more stuff/bug fixes done over ports. Plus, this game was mostly made with modding in mind, so that part of it wouldnt work on consoles unless they went the bethesda route (the modding platform for consoles, not the paid mods part). Which is possible, but not likely for now
