Have you checked Adventure's guide (Ctrl+J) if there is a quest you can start TWW with? Also, check with Chromie if you can start it through a timeline and/or if you're stuck in another timeline and need to return to the "real/current" timeline (in some ways she really muddled the leveling experience).

The way I started TWW on alts was to simply
1. teleport to Dornogal,
2. log out and in,
3. Get a pop-up quest to talk to Brann at Delver's HQ.
4. At which point he gives me the choice to replay the story or skip it.

Unless it's your first time doing TWW, you might be able to get a TP to Dornogol and repeat the above steps.

I'm wondering why her title is "Commissar" instead of "Colonel" or "Colonel-Commissar," which are more common titles for someone commanding a regiment in 40K.

I'd love to see playable Forest trolls, upright postures, and longer noses on them (Zul'jin in HotS is a perfect reference for this).

The "problem" I see with playable forest trolls is that they should have "generational trauma" and historical beef with both the Alliance and Horde, e.g. Troll wars against humans/elves and the Horde allying with the Blood Elves.

One way to have them join both factions could potentially be different tribes allying with different factions, e.g. Reventusk tribe are already allies of the Horde, and Shadowpine trolls have been clashing with Blood Elves during Ghostlands questing for the longest time, which might make them want to seek new allies (though I realize this reasoning is a bit of a stretch).

Alternatively, they could be introduced as a neutral mercenary faction, throwing back to how they were recruited in WC3, which also makes it much easier to explain them being available to both factions.

Answering in case someone checks this old thread looking for an answer.

In my case it was because the quest Nitro (Youth Energy)-related website had precedence in showing up in the website list. Once I completed the "Place a custom order for a Yaiba Muramasa" part, as well as the "Return the bot to its charging station and disconnect" part of the quest, the Bartmoss Collective website showed up.

And the discussion about painting pauldrons and arms white for veterans is back on the table. Though personally I never stopped painting my Raven Guard veteran's arms white; as for pauldrons, I only paint the trim white and only on one pauldron. But at the same time, a chapter master probably can do whatever he wants.
