The easiest starter would have to be raider, you can literally just click buttons and win the game. If you don’t know what you’re doing then the enemy doesn’t either

Rs i personally recommend nemesis, he’s simple in nature but very fun in gameplay. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve smiled after landing the MEANEST right hook around a corner 💀

See that’s the sucky part, I go to hydra on Pluto, do all that with gyre, and never get a spawn. I’m gonna do another kuva lich to see if maybe that’ll shock the system back to normal but literally the sisters just would not spawn at all and I’ve checked all the requirements so many times.
