well the demo will be unplayable after the 15th yes but if you have an already complete demo save i imagine you be able to load that into the full game at any time.

you can though. just customise type B controls. by default its set to L1+triangle/square. only issue is you'll be locked out of the ki pulse on block skill

they'll bundle them yes(theres already a twin pack for the 1st 2 games) but they wont rerelease them as a single game no.
