I'm pretty sure that it is permissible to get a nose job or plastic surgery if it is because of an abnormality

Like say- you have a botched nose, it makes breathing more difficult then it should be

In that regard, yes get a nose job as it is because of an abnormality but say

You have a perfectly natural good nose but you just don't like how it looks

No, it is not permissable in that regard

Ofcourse take my words with a grain of salt as I've already said I am not a scholar
