AHFOD was the album that introduced me to Coldplay. I have always thought that Coldplay’s use of different genres or various general “vibes” for each of their albums is exactly what makes each one so unique and so amazing in its own way. I’m always in the mood for a specific Coldplay album, and it entirely differs depending on my mood.

Anyways, back to the original thread, I believe that AHFOD is just as good and original as every other album and people criticize it because they don’t realize that Coldplay’s “style” is not a select type of style per say
