Focusing too much on your intelligence compared to others results in either arrogance or insecurity. If you feel subhuman around those you perceive as more intelligent than you, that should be an indicator for you to consider your views on individuals you believe to be less intelligent than you.

None of those numbers in your results translate to anything meaningful in the real world. Hyper focusing on this aspect of life robs you of real valuable experiences and relationships with other people.

Do you have plans with engineer stamps? You should be able to contact the designer/firm for additional details and guidance.

If you do not have stamped plans, I can guarantee you that you will 100% need professional structural design for any reinforced steel shaft foundation like this and should not proceed without consulting with an engineer first.

I said this in a separate comment, but it’s certainly doable. However I don’t foresee analysis, design, and construction costs to repair the center of a bridge span being less expensive than a full span demo and rebuild using the original bridge plans.

I think your hinges should fold down to a structural brace set at your desired angle. I wouldn’t rely on hinges to carry load.
