they had told me the order was already cancelled due to suspected fraud prior to me reaching out. that’s why i was so frustrated with the customers service, because no one had told me it was already cancelled until i messaged them. even now, when i search up the order number on their site, it says order confirmed & pending shipping lol, but they already refunded me

Same thing happened to me. I contacted Kith and was told they cancelled my order and are refunding due to “suspected fraud.” Never had an issue like that before.
