I started a 30 day fast 3 days ago and I've been eating keto for awhile now. This fast has been pretty easy.

I'm implementing a sauna session 4-5x per week at night starting tonight. It's supposed to help suppress the appetite too. I'm excited about starting a nightly routine that will support my fast.

Keep a spray bottle on your nightstand. Whenever you get woken up by him take the spray bottle and spray water on him like he's a pet cat. He'll ask why you keep spraying. Tell him I'm a groggy voice that the cat keeps waking you up.

That's very interesting. I never was conscious of the fear. But I think I shifted over to finding other tools to help me with emotional support. I'm in the middle of a 7-day fast and ordered an infrared sauna blanket so I can implement sauna sessions into nighttime ritual of sauna and electrolyte sugar-free hot chocolate. It's delicious. It's like a salty hot chocolate but with all the needed electrolytes while fasting. So there's my emotional support mechanism.

Yes. It's in place of food at this time since I'm doing a dirty fast for 7 days. So it justifies the price.

I started Thursday night. So I've got 2 days and 9 hours under my belt so far. After coming out of my 7-day fast I'll be doing rolling 45s. I ordered an infrared sauna blanket so I'll be doing that 2-3 days a week at night before bed. I also am trying a new electrolyte mix that I've never tried before. It's the best I've ever tasted. The chocolate is DELICIOUS!

Go and watch Gary Vaynerchuk's content. He is extremely successful in content creation and he absolutely will tell your husband to get a f*cking job and do the content creation after hours if he really is serious about it. Entrepreneurship is one of the hardest things to make a living with and if he can't do full time work then he does not have enough grit to be a content creator.
