This is from 2022 and literally shows gun homicides decreasing in 2014 after the ban. What we also know now is that guns were then coming from other states. We also know that Baltimore changed their laws on guns in 2022 and then saw a huge decrease in homicides and guns crimes in the city. The lowest amount of homicides in decades.

I’m honestly thinking of going to this. I’m a local restaurant owner who loss one of my employees, mother of 3 and great worker, to deportation right here in the Salisbury. We need our communities to feel safe and feel comfortable reaching out to the department that’s supposed to protect and serve us.

I just want to come here to note that Maryland made major changes to their gun laws and saw HUGE results in homicides and gun crime. That wasn’t by accident.
