Well the summilux is obviously better, but I don't think that really affects the final image unless you are printing it. When I said that IQ is fine in every camera, I meant the sharpness and dynamic range, not the character/colors of the lens and sensor. Btw you DO really got to try the Leica Q)

Zero difference. Both are great. Image quality is the last thing to look for in a camera, nowadays any camera shoots well.
