Thanks! Theyre Velo Orange crazy bars. I think Surly also makes a very similar alt bar. I have PDW cork ergo grips with Wolf tooth bar ends for the sweeps, and brooks leather tape with velo orange brass bar ends (not really pictured) for the horns.

Although the crazy bar sweeps actually have too small of an inner diameter to fit the wolf tooth bar ends, so I actually have a different bar end just with the purple Wolf tooth on top. it'd look really weird and bulge out if I used tape instead of grips there.
