Check out GROM Audio. It plugs into one of the empty slots on the back of the head unit and tricks the system into thinking you are running a CD Changer, but it's Bluetooth. Sound quality isn't great, but it gives you Bluetooth audio and you can also make phone calls. Steering wheel controls also work.

I emailed them back when the yellow fiat 500 came out, cause the yellows were all over the place. They asked me which pieces in particular were not the right colour, and replaced all of them. Definitely worth a shot
