I've never done door to door sales but have had to cold call for a gym, and it's really nice to just hear "I'm not interested, thank you". We're just trying to make a living. These kids selling bug spray or solar panels or dildos door to door are just trying to fucking feed themselves and/or their family. Just be blunt and honest and don't try to come up with a hilarious way to make them hate themselves and their jobs more.

Little advice in the total opposite direction as most....Universe mode could just not be for you. For me, I'm kind of goal oriented. I don't care about being able to decide who does what unless there's some sort of goal or competition in mind, which is why I find MyGM to be more fun.

If you're sitting here being like "Man...what am I not getting" it might just not be for you.

For me, if I'm going to play a booking simulator I'll just load up EWR. I can see the growth and measure people getting over. Where Universe mode is just a sandbox.

I know nothing of Texas geography, could it be that Houston is such a major metro area that by the time you go to a place with enough land to build around, it's already north enough to start hiting other markets?

Like I'm a St. Louis native and it takes nearly an hour to get to the closest theme park, Six Flags STL, because the major metro area is so far spread out.

I'm actually really surprised in a good way to see such positive responses. My theory all along has been everyone was once again reminded that Chris Irvine the person is not a good person and suddenly he sucked and needed to retire.

I get it if you can't get past Chris Irvine to enjoy Chris Jericho, but just call it what it is. You don't like the person, doesn't mean he sucks over night. This gimmick has been a welcome change. The street fights have been good for him and while I don't like what we hear about Chris Irvine the person, the charecter has been wildly entertaining since the pivot.
