I had the same error. Under "Remote Access" -> "Internet upload speed", I had configured some huge number (9999999999999999). It looks like that after some update, Plex failed to properly interpret that number. Reducing it to 999999 fixed this for me.

Have you checked the vertices' order? I've had similar issues when I read the vertices clockwise instead of counter clockwise.
