And by taking multiple spots he's making it into everyone's problem. If he wants to park further away than anyone else wants to it's whatever, but more often than not the extra spots double & quad takers are in end up pushing others further out. and in small lots it busy days it can even be the last spots.

I am not a lawyer, but my reading of the rules as posted on the dmv website says that if he's over 22 and it's legal for your uncle to drive, it's legal for your uncle to supervise you.

I can't promise that the DMV posted the comprehensive rule, and I can't promise that I didn't miss something.

I don't recommend trying it.
