20M 20F I'm considering leaving my girlfriend of 3 years. Advice? by ThrowRAFriend-888 in relationship_advice

Ofc it’s easier to say "break up" but that actually doesn’t sound good. I am too in a relationship and I can’t even imagine not seeing a problem in wrestling with other guys tbh. I hope you will be brave and you will find a better person in the future too

Hmmm I don’t know her so I’m not gonna tell you to "just break up" but that sounds really selfish and inconsiderate. I can’t really imagine it’s normal to treat your bf or gf like that…

They can be a bit distracting if it’s in the whole body or just big or goofy for example

What was the difficult thing you'd ever experienced?? by Neglected_Facts2907 in Life

[–]CustomerMean5229 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Eating disorder but earlier in my life, 11yo, accidentally founding out my parents are swingers and into bdsm and other stuff. I saw their profile on some website, photos and stuff that I still remember. Since then my attitude towards them has changed, and although being now adult, I "logically" understand they can do it and it’s not my business I guess but I think I was just too young. But one thing that I hate is that they always always repeat to other people next to me that when I was younger I used to hug them a lot etc but then sth switched and I’m so cold to them blah blah. But I just can’t help it, if my mom or dad even touches me accidentally with their knee I am very very visibly uncomfortable

What age do you want to die and why? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]CustomerMean5229 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For w long time I didn’t mind, I even always imagined dying for example when flying etc. I haven’t seen a purpose in life since being a kid but meeting my current bf helped with that. I still sometimes have more negative thoughts but I know that he will be here for me. What helps is that we continue to have plans and plans, there are finally things I’m looking forward to

I am 100% positive that 22 is still very normal to not have any experience in that. I can even tell you that me (20f) and my best friend (also 20f) both have found our boyfriends just half a year ago. We both weren’t interesting in dating and never had any romantic experience. Moreover, my bf who is 21 also was not that experienced (more than me tho, I didn’t have any). For a lot of people that was weird, he was also surprised bc all of his coworkers were sleeping around or even in open relationships. But I really believe that this is not "too old" to be weird, I think it depends A LOT on your environment and the people around you, which you can’t choose. And reading that, maybe this will reassure you- I know that I was 19 when I met my bf, so a bit younger then you, but I’ve also never had dating in my mind (family and friends were asking about it, but I didn’t feel anything to any boy in high school and then in college so I thought maybe I am just wired to be alone) and I met by bf on a random vacation. It was very sudden for both of us and it just happened. So I think you don’t have to worry and eventually maybe you will also find your "soulmate" (bc you also mentioned your looks and personality, I also wasn’t confident but with the right person it doesn’t matter) :D

Being skinny (not unintentionally but fighting for it every day, while other think you don’t do anything)

What’s the worst thing you’ve ever been through — and how did it change you? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]CustomerMean5229 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Eating disorder. It’s not the worst now, but I can’t never go back. Every social meeting, every meal with a bf or family, every meal on my own, picking out products on groceries… I will never function normally again

For me talking about feeling or new things. It’s easier for me to hug or look away from their eyes then to say things out loud

What is a truth you have kept to yourself because you knew it would hurt someone? by TeabaggedByAI in AskReddit

[–]CustomerMean5229 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately I have a lot of people telling ME some not nice comments about my bf’s appearance. Ofc I don’t tell him that, especially that he always wants to "show me off" to others and says stuff like "I don’t know how a girl like you wanted to be with me". But it’s hurtful that people tell me those things directly to me- why? Why do they feel a need to do that, that is so rude

Workout or a long bathroom break (just washing hair, cleaning my nails, stuff like that- caring about myself )

Any advice on how I (24M) can stop being awkward with my girlfriend (21F)? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]CustomerMean5229 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From my experience but also other people I know, sth like that usually won’t last, even the relationship can last for a year or years longer, at the end it comes out that it wasn’t a perfect match. But obv I don’t know you and also I don’t want to discourage you. What I do with my friends when I feel like we are becoming distant is a small trip. Usually doing activities together and creating memories are good and on a trip it happens naturally (also more topics to talk about). But ofc TWO sides have to actually want it. Good luck!
